ACLAB-12 will be held on 10th-13th October 2022, in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

The 12^th Asian Conference on Lactic Acid Bacteria (ACLAB 12) will be held on 10^th - 13^th October 2022 at Kuching, Malaysia. This conference is organized by the Malaysian Society for Lactic Acid Bacteria (MSLAB). The conference theme of ACLAB 12: "Evidence-based LAB-advances, opportunities and challenges" will encompass 8 tracks of scientific sessions. The 12^th ACLAB will continue to be the primary facilitate networking and collaboration with various stakeholders. 

 

The 8 conference themes are:

 ► Next-generation and innovation of LAB

 ► Microbe host interactions

 ► Fermentation and metabolism of LAB

 ► Application of LAB in other related areas

 ► Genetics and genomics of LAB

 ► Clinical development of LAB

 ► Food, agriculture and aqua-based LAB

 ► Industrial and regulatory approval of probiotics
